Activity Description:
The Journal Club Series aims to offer its audience a wide variety of topics from a diverse group of speakers to not only help them remain current on the latest advances in medicine, but to also assist them as they continue to grow professionally. OB/GYN grand rounds are an integral component of medical education, teaching new information and enhancing clinical reasoning skills. This series gives educational opportunities that support lifelong learning, based on identified gaps and potential areas of improvement within our system of care. Topics and speakers are selected to provide clinical providers with up-to-date knowledge about timely issues in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Journal Club is to increase provider knowledge of evidence-based medicine and best practices, increase research knowledge and principles, with the ultimate goal of providing improved quality of patient care. We enthusiastically invite you to join our integrated knowledge network in this education activity designed to keep practitioners up-to-date on important areas of OB/GYN medicine.

Learning Objectives:
- Perform up-to-date evidence-based medicine by improvement of critique skills in Obstetrics & Gynecology articles.
- Summarize educational knowledge of materials to others (patients, providers, students, residents) on evidence-based medicine and best clinical practices.
- Review up-to-date pertinent Ob/Gyn topics and research methods through reviews and discussions of articles and literature.
