Activity Description:

Pediatrics Grand Rounds is a multidisciplinary and inter-professional series designed to improve a participant's ability to practice pediatric medicine by enhancing knowledge in clinical care, healthcare research, medical education, public health, and innovation implementation. Lectures and discussions showcase new pediatric procedures and address current topics in pediatric care.

Target Audience:

This course is designed for hospitalists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, advance practice nurses, registered nurses, allied health professionals, physicians and residents.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this course, learners should be able to:

1. Examine new therapies and management in general and sub specialty areas of pediatrics
2. Discuss advocacy issues in field of pediatrics
3. Review diagnostic dilemmas and unusual case presentation in Pediatrics
