This lecture will cover how a primary care provider can evaluate early puberty in girls. Specifically, the physiology of puberty, distinguishing between central and precocious puberty, and distinguishing between pathology and benign conditions. The clinical and biochemical evaluation of puberty as well as management options by a pediatric endocrinologist will also be discussed.

Primary topics covered will be pediatric sepsis, pediatric respiratory distress, and common pediatric emergencies using high fidelity manikin simulation.
