Trauma Quality Improvement Program University
VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE ONLY
Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) University is a full day designed to help educated trauma center leaders on the best approach to read their Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) reports. Participants will be taught how to appropriately complete an action plan. Learners will also comprehend how to place corrective actions to improve the care provided at our trauma centers as evidenced by our performance on the Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) biannual reports.
Target Audience
Trauma Medical Directors, Trauma Program Directors, Performance Improvement Nurses, and other Trauma Facility Leadership.
Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Ability to comprehend a Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) report.
- Demonstrate drill downs into patient level data for opportunities.
- Apply changes to program based on OFI's identified to make a performance change.
